El edificio de tres plantas absorbi\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n otros dos colindantes. Su rehabilitaci\u00f3n termin\u00f3 en 2015 para ser usada como albergue municipal.\u200b En el siglo XIX alberg\u00f3 el Honrado Concejo de la Mesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante 20 a\u00f1os estuvo cedido al ayuntamiento de San Sebasti\u00e1n por un convenio de alquiler para ser usada para campamentos y colonias de j\u00f3venes. El ayuntamiento de San Sebasti\u00e1n realiz\u00f3 una intervenci\u00f3n sobre el edificio en los a\u00f1os 1980. Posteriormente fue alquilado a particulares.
